Who we are
rachellindsay.com is run by Rachel Lindsay through The Digital Peach Marketing, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Digital Peach Marketing.
We are responsible for the personal information you share through this site. If you have any questions, email hello@thedigitalpeach.ae.
What this policy covers
This policy covers rachellindsay.com, the bottleneck quiz, the AI visibility worksheet, the notes we send by email, and the free review calls we arrange by email.
What we collect
- When you take the quiz: your first name, email address, your answers, your quiz result and, if you choose to give them, your city and a rough revenue band for your business.
- When you join The Fold, our founders community: your answers to the joining questions, such as the email you used for the quiz, your city and what you would like from the community.
- When you sign up for the notes: your email address.
- When you book a bottleneck review: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your business. We arrange calls by email and hold them on Google Meet.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Your browser also requests the site's typeface from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address.
The Instagram posts shown on the site are loaded through our own server, so Instagram does not receive information about you unless you click through to Instagram itself.
We do not use cookies or tracking tools to follow you around the web from this site.
AI visibility worksheet
When you sign up to use the AI visibility worksheet, we collect your first name, email address and, if you give it, your website. If you tick the box, we also add you to Rachel's notes emails.
While you use the worksheet, we record your business name, type of business and main market if you enter them, and how far you get: when you visit, which sections you finish, your scores, whether you open, copy or print your results, the type of device you use, and the link and campaign you arrived from.
Your answers in the worksheet, such as your notes and the questions you add, stay in your own browser. They are not sent to us.
We keep sign-ups and progress in Google Sheets. We use them to see how the worksheet is used, to improve it, and to email you if you asked for Rachel's notes. To see or delete what we hold about you, email hello@thedigitalpeach.ae.
How we use your information
- To show you your quiz result and send you a copy.
- To send you the notes you signed up for.
- To arrange and prepare for a bottleneck review if you book one, and to follow up afterwards.
- To introduce you to other founders in The Fold at a similar stage, and to plan meet-ups in your area.
- To reply to your messages.
- To understand which bottlenecks come up most often, so we can improve our content and services. We look at this in total, across everyone who takes the quiz.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Our legal basis
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, we rely on these legal bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR:
- Consent for the notes, and for sending you your quiz result. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Taking steps at your request when you book a review.
- Legitimate interests for improving our services and keeping the site secure, where those interests are not outweighed by your rights.
- Legal obligation where the law requires us to keep or share information.
We use your worksheet details to provide the worksheet you signed up for and to improve it. We only send you Rachel's notes emails if you tick the box to ask for them.
In the UAE, we handle personal information in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as much as they need:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site.
- Google, where quiz responses and sign-ups are stored, which hosts review calls on Google Meet, and which serves the site's typeface.
- Resend, which sends our emails.
- Members of The Digital Peach team who need it to support you.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process information outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer information, we rely on our providers' standard data protection terms and other safeguards required by law.
How long we keep it
- Notes subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Quiz responses: up to two years, after which we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.
- AI visibility worksheet: 24 months after you last use it, then deleted. If you're on Rachel's notes emails, we keep your name and email until you unsubscribe.
- Review bookings and emails: for as long as we're in touch, and after that only as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Stop or limit how we use it, or object to us using it.
- Send it to you or another provider in a usable format.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. For anything else, email hello@thedigitalpeach.ae and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
Keeping it secure
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if anything changes, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell subscribers by email.
